"I purchased a 60-year old North Valley that had been a rental property for decades. The day I moved in, I realized that the kitchen was in its original condition, cockroaches and mice and all. I immediately hired Conrad and Sean to gut the kitchen.  They demolished the existing cabinets and equipment, replastered the walls, cut into a concrete block wall and installed a patio door, tiled the floor, installed the oven, cut and installed granite countertops and completed the job with decorative faux paint on the walls.  Shortly put, their work is fabulous and I highly recommend them to homeowners who value in contractors who do the job right. In fact, I was so satisfied with their quality of work, reliability and honesty, that I felt confident in recommending them to my parents and my aunt, who are nearly in their 80's and have an idea of quality from a different era. They have been hired back several times by my parents an d my aunt.  My dad likes to mention what perfectionists they are, along with being hardworking and responsive. Now they will be doing work for my brother and my cousin!"

"I have been very pleased with all of the work Two Dad’s Construction has done. Sean Rubeo and Conrad Murphy submitted a bid for a remodel on my home. It required turning an old studio into a complete living space with kitchen, bathroom and living area. I am thrilled with the result.
